On Tuesday, September 24th - 08.00 UTC our host supplier will perform a required update on the underlying hypervisor software in our main database. The upgrade is done to improve performance, reliability, and security.
The service window will last approximately 2 hours. Live updates on the progress will be posted on our Service Status page https://status.dualog.net
The service window will include the following Connection Suite services:
• Business Mail
• Crew Mail
• File Transfer
No user action will be required. Email and data transfer in progress will be resumed as soon as services are back online. We will notify as soon as the update is concluded.
Vessels are not included as recipients for this message. We highly recommend notifying your vessels.
