On September 12th 2018 at 0900 UTC we will perform a maintenance task in our main database.
This is done to improve performance, reliability and security. The downtime will last approximately 1 hour and live updates on the progress will be posted on our Service Status page status.dualog.net.

The maintenance will include the following Connection Suite Services:
• dualog.net
• Business Mail
• Crew Mail
• File Transfer

No user action will be required. Email and data transfer in progress will be resumed as soon as services are back online. We will notify as soon as the maintenance is concluded.
